The Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, the historic grand hotel on the Inner Alster Lake behind this Accor commission, is home to nine restaurants and bars, among them the Michelin-starred Restaurant Haerlin, led by chef Christoph Rüffer, and the Jahreszeiten Bar, known as one of the city's smallest. Working for Accor Hotels with art direction by Jonathan Wilson and the agency W&CIE, Jérôme Galland photographed the hotel's food and beverage offering across its dining rooms and bars.
