Big Mamma is the Paris-born Italian restaurant group founded in 2015 by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux, known for its maximalist trattoria interiors and all-homemade menus. After opening several sites in London — including Gloria, Circolo Popolare, Jacuzzi, Ave Mario and Carlotta — the group expanded beyond the capital with La Bellezza in Birmingham (its first UK site outside London, 2024) and Circolo Popolare in Manchester, its first restaurant in the North of England. For this UK campaign, Jérôme Galland photographed the group's exuberant décor and dishes across these London, Birmingham and Manchester addresses.

Big Mamma est le groupe de restaurants italiens né à Paris, fondé en 2015 par Victor Lugger et Tigrane Seydoux, reconnu pour ses décors de trattoria flamboyants et ses cartes entièrement faites maison. Après avoir ouvert plusieurs adresses à Londres — dont Gloria, Circolo Popolare, Jacuzzi, Ave Mario et Carlotta —, le groupe s'est étendu hors de la capitale avec La Bellezza à Birmingham (sa première adresse britannique hors Londres, en 2024) puis Circolo Popolare à Manchester, son premier restaurant dans le nord de l'Angleterre. Pour cette campagne au Royaume-Uni, Jérôme Galland a photographié les décors exubérants et les plats du groupe à Londres, Birmingham et Manchester.
