"Saisons," published by Éditions de La Martinière in 2019, gathers 80 original recipes by chef Cyril Lignac organized around the rhythm of the four seasons. Food styling was by Garlone Bardel and the text by Paul-Henry Bizon, while Jérôme Galland shot the book's culinary photography, capturing each dish's ingredients and colors as they shift through the year.
