Maurizio Galante is an Italian couturier and multidisciplinary designer, born in 1963 in Latina, who trained in architecture before graduating from Rome's Academy of Costume and Fashion. After building his fashion house in Milan and later Paris, where he has lived since the early 1990s, he has stayed attached to his native Latina and extended his practice into furniture and interior design. Travel and interior photographer Jérôme Galland recorded the vivid, monochrome orange dining room Galante designed in his own house there.

Maurizio Galante est un couturier et designer italien né en 1963 à Latina, formé à l'architecture avant d'être diplômé de l'Académie du costume et de la mode de Rome. Après avoir développé sa maison de couture à Milan puis à Paris, où il vit depuis le début des années 1990, il est resté attaché à sa ville natale et a étendu sa pratique au mobilier et à la décoration intérieure. Le photographe de voyage et d'intérieurs Jérôme Galland y a saisi la salle à manger, tout en orange, qu'il a lui-même conçue.
